I love the bread oven. You’re right. It would be cool to have one in the back yard. If it cooks bread it cooks other stuff too.

Yes, I think it would be fun to work with it. I cooked tortillas in an open fire pit type oven while in Mexico and that was fun to learn.

It was a important place back in the day. It sits on a bluff over looking the conjunction of two rivers.
