As is often the case, Friday was a travel day.
I took I10 to New Orleans, my fav city for street photography. Good fun! Good food!
It is quite a change from Davis Bayou.
Now it’s urban camping at Jude Travel Park. The sounds of nature have been replaced with the sounds of the city.
I’ll be here for at least a couple of weeks exploring and taking pictures.

This trip will give you a wonderful chance to explore the places you love — and not those that don’t appeal!

I went to the grocery store today and saw many hurricane damaged buildings. I will go back and take pictures.

There’s no place better for an urban walkabout. My own NOLA post goes up shortly.

I went to the French Quarter yesterday. I saw some hurricane damaged buildings on a store run today. I’ll go back at take pics there I think.

Such a fun city. I have some fond memories from a quick trip there with my son 3 years ago 🙂
