I visited the Sydney and Walda Besthoff Sculpture Garden at the New Orleans Museum of Art.
I love going there. 
It’s so peaceful and inspiring.
The sculpture garden and NOMA are both located in City Park.
The park is awesome too.

Sculpture gardens are eternally interesting, and great places to sit and meditate, read or write.

Maybe we can see it next time we visit our friends who live in Mandeville. They took us to the WWII Museum a few months ago, and I was truly impressed! Unfortunately, getting there involved crossing the lake on that damn causeway! Scary.

The causeway is quite an adventure. The sculpture garden, art museum, and botanical gardens are all together in City Park. Bring a picnic lunch and spend the day.
