1. When you are raised by humans you take on all the traits and shit they teach you. All that has been part of my shadow work during the time of Covid isolation. I’ve dropped some things and thought some new thoughts.
2. Thinking new thoughts is an ongoing process in 2021. The shadow work is too.
How? I meditate. I’m learning to play the ukulele. I read different things. I look at different artists. I watch different videos. I go different places. Hopefully, I’ll be able to talk with more people this year. I’m trying different media.
3. I got my first Covid vaccination at a nearby Walmart store. I received the Moderna vaccine. It went well. No problems at all. 👍 The second shot is March 16th at the same store.
I appreciate each of you. Your visits, likes, and comments are cool. Stay safe and well out there in the CCE.

As my ole mama would have said ‘ditto, cabbage head.’ (is that a southern saying?)
The blessing in the burden. Always the shadow work. Always a good thing to do, and glad thee is able to do, for you, and your genetic line.
Onward and upward! 😉

I got my first shot yesterday. 🙂 My mother’s shadow acts as a saboteur, sometimes a physical obstacle, between me and certain things I plan to do. When I recognized that last fall, I had achieved something.

I can relate. My parents told me I was bad until I left home. Born in sin. Never good enough.

Yep. I have come to understand it was my mom’s way of ensuring there was someone there to buffer her from her drinking, which she did secretly. Awful woman. I’m sorry you had to deal with that kind of abuse.
