Sitting on a nice sofa in my adopted daughter’s beautiful home. Clothes are becoming clean.

It is a awesome day in the neighborhood wherever I am. No thanks to me.

Bath time is coming up. I’m Stinky, not The Brain. However, there is something to be said for World Domination.

I got the word, I am fit and in excellent shape. Today is not a good day to die.

I also got a heart rate adjustment. It can speed up now.

I guess that was a software update from Pacemaker 1.0 to Pacemaker 1.1. It is a vast improvement!

2018 – Intentions

Jennifer McClusky shared a format for 2018 intentions. At first I tried to play (be ruled)* by the rules. 😉 Most of that fell by the wayside as the process took its own paths. Here are the intentions that came to me.

The Big Picture

This is a year of transformation, experiencing, and grounding. A time has come for greater productivity, creativity, abundance and consciousness in my life. I have spent many cycles at this frequency. It is time to let go at this level and begin to vibrate at a higher frequency.

Intention #1: I’m going to take the pause, the moment: to breathe, to regroup, to think. Most importantly I will take the pause to step outside the mind, the game, the illusion.

Intention #2: Experience the wonder of it all. Life is amazing. Everything. Rather than think about it using words I want the direct experience.

Intention #3: Continue my daily practice of being mindfully grounded. On the coldest day of the year so far, my bare feet stood on Earth as she spun and speed through space .

Intention #4: Renewal and growth. I want to change my habits. I want them to heal me physically, mentally, and spiritually. That is the starting point for growth. I’m not sure what all this means but it’s a place to begin.

Intention #5: Continue converting my rolling home into a nest that suits me. This is my World HQ. It is my base of operations. It is a safe place and place of inspiration. It continues to evolve.

Intention #6: Practice abundance in all areas of my life.

Intention #7: Practice remembering the conscious mind is just another organ. It’s not the witness.

Intention #8: Listen and be receptive to my inner voice. Be still and know.

Intention #9: Practice balanced spontaneity.

Intention #10: A black and white photo project featuring decay. This a symbolic project. As I toss out that which adversely effects my vibration or cast a dark light in my direction I will make room for nourishing, growth oriented experiences.

Intention #11: Do not fear change. Do not resist change. Embrace change. Keep the good let what does not empower me flow past. If I cling to what I know because it’s comfortable I hinder my own progress. Attachment is a trap. Clinging is a trap.

Intention #12: Flow in the magic of the wild cycles of life. In so doing I’ll get where I’m supposed to be.

Don’t forget #maya and big eyed aliens 👽 from Uranus.

MNOR Summary and progress report

There were a lot of firsts from the MNOR road trip.

Driving a Chevy Spark
Being with the Graham family for a Christmas meal
Casey Jones Museum and Village
Visiting a freeway rest area by a lovely river that could be a vacation destination
Nashville
Christmas Eve in a hotel
Christmas morning in a hotel
Christmas breakfast in a hotel restaurant.   Expensive but good.
Dim Sum Christmas meal with Starr, Matthew, and Seren.  It reminded me of A Christmas Story.  I had jellyfish there.  It was chewy but tasty.

I did pick up a few bits of information related to the 500 Days Evil Plan.    I spent some time talking with a couple who lived full time in a motorhome.  I asked them what I needed to watch for when shopping for a used motorhome.  Much to my surprise they said to make sure all the lights worked.    They said finding and fixing an electical problem in a motorhome was very difficult because of how much wiring there was.  I think they meant to make sure everything electrical worked.   I asked what brand motorhome was most dependable and they said: Holiday Rambler, Winnebago, and Tifton.    Very helpful information for my project.

What progress have I made.   Quite a bit actually.  I’ve gotten rid of a lot in my office at work, done some more yard work to make it easier to sell the house, and gotten rid of more things in the house.   Slowly but surely I’m getting there.

Have a wonderful week!

Progress Report

462 days to go

What have I done?  A lot of things are the same as the last time I posted about my progress.  Some of these seem to be never ending.

Cleaned out my office some more.
Took some junk away out of the yard
Threw more things away at the house.  It amazes me how much there is to throw away.
Took a lot of  items to the donation box
I looked at three more motor homes.

Photobucket

This Infinity motor home has 32,000 miles and the asking price is $33,000.I have no idea if that is a good deal.  I did like the way it looked on the outside.  It had one slide and no awning.  One slide and an awning are on my preferences list.  The mileage is two thousand over my 30,000 mile preference.   That isn’t a big deal.  I think this is a gas burner and people have told me that diesel is the only way to go.  Beats me if there is any important difference.

Imperial

It didn’t say how many miles were on the 1991 Holiday Rambler Imperial.  The asking price wasn’t listed either.

Photobucket

It had no slide but it did have an awning.  It appeared to have a gas engine.  All around, I didn’t like the way this one looked.

Photobucket

I really liked the driver’s side door.  I haven’t seen that before.

1991 Winnebago

I also looked at a 1991 Winnebago.  It had body damage and wheel damage.

500 Days is the name of this evil plan. I need your help picking a title/name for my upcoming evil plan: a seven day road trip across Tennessee:  Memphis, Nashville, and Oak Ridge.  Any naming suggestions?
